If you wish to pay by check, please email saqra@saqra.net before mailing your payment so the item can be reserved for you, and to ensure availability. The exception is DVDs & Music CDs, but it is nice to hear from you anyway so we are expecting your check and have everything packed and ready to go. Most clothing & jewelry items are one of a kind so this is important for that kind of thing, and the item will be held for one week from our confirming reply of item availability to your request.

---In other words, if you want something email us immediately to hold it for you because we may only have one. We'll let you know asap if it has sold or been put on reserve by someone else, and we will hold it for you waiting for your check for one week from the day we say we still have it.-----

SHIPPING

Shipping fees apply to mainland US delivery only. For other destinations, please contact us so we can determine the shipping charges for your location.... or you can just guess that it is $10 per item.

Please let us know if you want your item shipped some ultra-fast method. You will be responsible for the actual shipping/insurance & packing costs if the ship amoint wasn't included in the price. Otherwise we will usually ship by USPS, and Videos & CDs are often shipped Media Rate.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

No refunds. Returns and exchanges gladly. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

Added 6/25/08: Due to some past experiences with someone purchasing, copying, and returning DVDs the recorded item policy as of 6/25/08 is now that we will only replace a defective title. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on DVDs & CDs even if they are still shrinkwrapped. Our apologies on any inconvenience... it is that "one bad apple" thing.
