4 counts double time locks starting R, arms rising to shoulder level

4 counts double time locks starting R, arms rising above

"Push Series"

4 leading hip push-locks to R/arms sweep up in leading direction in parallel arm circles

3 step turn to the outside dropping arms to frame L hip (hip down/up)

4 leading hip push-locks to L/arms sweep up in leading direction in parallel arm circles

3 step turn to the outside dropping arms to frame R hip (hip down/up)

 

"Undulation Series"

7 Staggered leg undulations: R leg fwd, 1/4 turn to right between each. First fwd. Arms out; down; neck level; up and open in a V; out; down; neck level

Float in a counter clockwise C to face audience, as arms come out

Arm ripple from R hand through to L hand

 

"Cha-Cha Box"

Step-together-step back, fwd (Cha-Cha) in box. Opposite arm from let stepping back sweeps overhead flamenco style. Turns in this series are always 1/4 turn to your right.

Stepping off R first across the back of the box.  Going L facing out of the box sideways towards your audience. Across the front, back side to audience. Left facing out of the box up the side.

No back step on the last side and substitute accents: Shoulder back, head turn towards audience

Step-together-step back, fwd (Cha-Cha) in box. Opposite arm from let stepping back sweeps overhead flamenco style. Turns in this series are always 1/4 turn to your right.

4 counts of shimmy, arms raising slowly to shoulder height

4 Choo-Choo shimmy in figure eights going back. Right side first, then left. Quarter turns to the right between each set. Fwd set, to Right side, to back, then just right side facing Left.

Twist R hip Fwd, Back, Up, Down

 

."Reverse Cha-Cha Box"

Step-together-step back, fwd (Cha-Cha) in box. Opposite arm from let stepping back sweeps overhead flamenco style. Turns in this series are always 1/4 turn to your LEFT.
