RESUME FALSIFICATION ISSUE
Richard Werth (RVW) is a master at stating false credits, inflating information, implying
credits without having them so people assume he has credibility. Here is a link
to a few different resumes. Paramount -- the company that produces
Dr Phil -- was amused to find themselves on there (See http://www.saqra.net/dickfile.htm
for link to air dates of Dr Phil show. Watch for the upcoming
1 hour expose entitled "Conman" specifically on
Richard Carl "Vanceunebrouck" Werth (RVW), owner of
World Meditation Ensemble (WME) and Omega Organization International.
Of course the Dr Phil Show put a private investigator on Richard before going forward with the show.
In the past when he was claiming Omega was an international Videographer he
has claimed to personally work for a long list of companies that
would not confirm his employment. Several resumes are available

BTW, that Tangerine
Dream credit is real... and very very old. From before the FDA took his
laser variance in the late 80s after someone complained he damaged their eyes
at the KUBE Haunted Mansion. But I was recently contacted by a dumbfounded man
who was the person who actually set up and ran the laser
light show at Neighbors (see resume #1- Click
here for resumes ) at the time. Just a wild coincidence
he happened to see the resume on this site and his name
is now on file and ready for testimony as needed.
He has multiple mirrored sites --- full of inaccurate and inflated
historical
information (for example, according to Richard's family his
grandmother was not from Canada, grandma and grandpa both
are buried at Acacia Cemetery, with other members of the
family. Father was only in charge of the Safeway bakeries
in BC, and only for a year. After that, he was sent to Los Angeles.
He never built anything.) inflated in the same style as the
material on his largely fictional work "resumes" --- the
sites he has put are probably to try and make this informational site harder to
find and to try and mask the confusion caused by him using the
"Vanceunebrouck" false middle name instead of his legal
middle name of "Carl."
Now that his focus is World Meditation Ensemble he was claiming
his CDs "have received Grammy nominations." He has claimed that in
the past on other projects, but the latest CD released 9/06 carries prominent
claims on the www.worldmeditationensemble.com website of having
been nominated in five categories:
- Album of the Year
- Best New Artist
- New Age
- Traditional World Music
- Contemporary World Music
That was not true. It was a lot easier to make this stuff up before the internet but
now it takes seconds to research, so always take the time to verify
claims.
On
the WME site it changed to "Selected by NARAS members
for consideration for Grammy Award Nominations." after I added
this block to this page... but there are plenty of other references
to this claim elsewhere.
"Who's Who in Music" is a compilation made if
you pay to be included.

UPDATE 4/14/08 - There was
a huge explosion of Richard "RVW" Werth (director
of World Meditation Ensemble) purchasing web domain
names when the Dr Phil show decided to tape an episode
on him on 1/10/08. This was an attempt to dilute these
pages from coming up on a search. There are now over
30 pages I have counted, all with some or part of the
same self-promo information.... originally I listed
the sites here, but they have become far too numerous
to list in any kind of representational fashion.

Highlights of the dubious content previously displayed
(I printed hard copies for my files of most of the sites
as they were reported to me):
- The clerical type vestiments appearing
in some photos are from Seattle Catholic Supply.
One of his victims tells me that she was with him when he purchased them.
- He did remove "Buddhist" from the
Buddhist Peace Fellowship credit after they disclaimed
any relationship with him LINK TO OVERTURNED
TESTIMONIALS
- He also previously had
a pretty funny statement near the bottom of one
of the first pages saying that the INITIALS on the
testimonials may be changed to protect the privacy
of the individuals ... and the wording from what
was supposed to be a testimonial from someone changed
from web page to web page. He removed the "initials"
statement after I added a comment that simnply said:
"Why are all his testimonials untraceable initials?"

People sharing the same bill at an event (or sponsors from an
event) can't be honestly stated as "associates." And using
testimonials taken before the trouble with a party began is also a deceptive
tactic.

URGENT ADVICE TO VICTIMS
If you are looking at this, you are probably in trouble. Believe me on this:
You will probably need a
lawyer. Immediately call your place of business and warn them he may call them
harassing you. Contact any mutual friends and tell them he may approach them.

I know this wasn't your fault and it doesn't matter that your case is open-and-shut
and simply business... you are in more trouble than you think. The following
information is compiled from what has happened in a continuing series
of cases stretching back over 25 years:
Immediately stop all in person and telephone contact. One person had a successfully
concluded business issue court case by being able to produce original dated
copies of email that he was presenting to court edited so make records of absolutely
every email, IM, or text message (yes, you CAN document text messages). Send
any requests for your product or return of your posessions through a lawyer
(spend the money... it will be worth it). He will barrage you with attempts
to contact you both personally and through agents until you tell him not to
contact you. From what I have seen, once you have cut contact do not accidently
make contact or he will have a "countersuit" to muddy the waters.
He has currently known friends/supporters that act as moles, so be careful
who you say ANYTHING to. Contact me directly for a current list of KNOWN
names ...
these people are not bad, they just don't understand what is really happening
as it is very hard to believe.
One important thing you need to be aware of... whether you were a relationship
issue or a business issue, he will now be representing you as a "scorned
ex-girlfriend" or "scorned ex-boyfriend" to the authorities because
this makes the authorities discount your case. Stunningly effective strategy
he has been using for many years to discount anyone with any type of complaint.
If you have been involved with him on a more intimate level please just get yourself
tested. Update 12/07: Richard has probably been exposed to herpes. A woman/former lover has tested positive
(name not listed anywhere on this site) and confirmed it to me. Another former
girlfriend ALLEGEDLY has Hep C... that one was definitely told to me second
hand, but is too serious NOT to mention as a possibility. Just use your good

Incidentally, his most recent victim tells me the way he handles the multiple
girlfriends is to tell one that the other one is something non-threatening
like a "homely lesbian" or that he is doing counseling with them (he
told the victim one lover was a "drug user" and he was doing
couples counseling with her and her husband. Her husband assures me that is
not the case). At one point he was involved with four women in the World Meditation
Ensemble and was telling them all that they must not act like he and they were
together in public because "he didn't know who was leaking [me] information
from the band" and *I* might find out and "stalk them!" What
a story. So they didn't even know about each other and they were in the same
musical group.
I have recently been asked to add that "there is both a
video camera and a webcam in the costume room." I'm not sure
what that means (if there is internet feed, or internal feed to
a house computer, or what) but it jibes with many old reports of
hidden video cameras in the house and some past attempts at silencing
women through attempted extortion (threatening to publish risque
photos and videos).
Recently it appears that aggressive acts may have escalated (see OTHER
CASE HISTORIES). In the past
there have been restraining orders, now it looks like it may be more important
than in the past to pursue one at the first sign you may need it.

Why why WHY say
such terrible things about that wonderful man?
So you want to know why this is here. Not surprising.... makes me look
like an extremist I know.
Nope.... I'm not a cranky ex-girlfriend as Richard likes to claim to discount
people (he has even used that one referring to a man). Apparently he has also
taken to telling people I asked him out and he turned me down or some such "fatal
attraction" kind of thing. The dude is WAY too old for me! And he was dressing
in short shorts and wearing pirate shirts all the time when *I* was dealing
with him! Well, EWWWWWWWWW!
Every thing on this page I have is as free of opinion and personal experience
as I can make it up to this point.... documented in everything from certified letters in false
names to copies of court documents. I can give you references from people
willing to help you on any of the material above. At this point I am going to
express my opinions and viewpoint.
Simple version of my case: I had a simple business deal gone very wrong with this man 10+ years ago.
I've seen him about a half dozen times live and talked to him live on only two
occasions I remember. I was never involved with him
in any sort of personal relationship and honestly I no longer care a whit about
the whole thing, but when he was harassing me and my employers apparently for
the sheer fun of trying to get me fired (he did manage to do that with 4-5 calls
and letters per day to them in various names because he IMAGINED I was talking
smack about him over his crazy behavior at my event where he was hired to videotape)
he earned my permanent contempt. He
was trying to destroy my livelihood and reputation because of imagined insults... and made
my life hell for a while. He misrepresented things I said to my employers, cut
and pasted together composite statements and tried to get a confederate to give
them to other people in my business to discredit me.... went to absolutely
wacky lengths to avoid giving me back my lousy $150 or give me my product.
And as I subsequently investigated I discovered he had completely falsified
his resume, made up the structure of the business he was harassing me with to
the point of making up people's names as company officers and making up a big
corporation with a big "legal department" ("Margaret"
from "Legal" was absolutely hell on wheels... and completely
Dick's fabrication) for a one man unregistered business -- he later got
non-profit status to try and stop.
Had I known what his documentable past included I could have completely
avoided a ton of stress.... but nobody was talking... even FRIENDS who KNEW about
his history of problems. Some because they were embarrassed. Some because he
frightened and threatened them with legal action ... he even told one woman
he would make an erroneous report to CPS if she didn't stop speaking out. I have
contact with legions.... seriously legions... of people who have been mistreated
by this (IMO) sociopath... businesses, friends, lovers... and they all tell
the same story: they couldn't find any help when things got crazy.
My mom always taught me to tell people when their zipper is down, and
to help when needed if you can even if it can cause you some discomfort. I wish
someone could have helped me when I was in trouble. So here I am, kind of out
on a limb. But this is a very THICK limb and I am assured that this is completely
within legal bounds because I have documentation on everything above. My server
is also a private server and will support me if harassed... since he and his
wife knew me in the aftermath of when this was all going down.
And I don't spend my valuable time seeking out info on him. People send
it to ME.

come after me I WILL subpoena EVERYONE. And I have a
much larger database than you realize.
And yes, a class action suit has been discussed.
Most people don't want to deal with this... they
are embarrassed or frightened of you. But if you make
me subpoena them they will find out how much support
they have.

it for your own ends?
Fascinating. Everyone involved in the taping of the
Dr Phil show had their bank account or Paypal account
attacked online by someone with a "War Games"
type of password dialer. Don't you own one?

Richard, I've been told repeatedly that you have verbally stated
you want to "hire a hit man" and kill me over this web
site. Don't worry.... you're okay so far... nobody has it on tape
and you haven't said it directly to me --- in fact, if you are so upset
about the page how come I HAVEN'T ever heard from you about it?
Until recently I assumed you either hadn't seen this or weren't
worried about it. "Hit man" sounds worried.
BTW, did you know the kids were in the house when the windows
were broken?
