URGENT ADVICE TO VICTIMS

If you are looking at this, you are probably in trouble. Believe me on this: You will probably need a lawyer. Immediately call your place of business and warn them he may call them harassing you. Contact any mutual friends and tell them he may approach them. If you need more information, email me at saqra@saqra.net. I know this wasn't your fault and it doesn't matter that your case is open-and-shut and simply business... you are in more trouble than you think. The following information is compiled from what has happened in a continuing series of cases stretching back to 1980 in our files:

Immediately stop all in person and telephone contact. One person had a successfully concluded business issue court case by being able to produce original dated copies of email that he was presenting to court edited so make records of absolutely every email, IM, or text message (yes, you CAN document text messages). Send any requests for your product or return of your posessions through a lawyer (spend the money... it will be worth it). He will barrage you with attempts to contact you both personally and through agents until you tell him not to contact you. From what I have seen, once you have cut contact do not accidently make contact or he will have a "countersuit" to muddy the waters.

 He has currently known friends/supporters that act as moles, so be careful who you say ANYTHING to. Contact me directly for a current list of KNOWN names ... these people are not bad, they just don't understand what is really happening as it is very hard to believe. Some known names for fast surfing: Karol Hansen, Audrey E. Gervasi, Cheryl Honey, Joseph Titland -- all wrote "character reference" letters in '09 to try and prevent a victim from getting a restraining order.

One important thing you need to be aware of... whether you were a relationship issue or a business issue, he will now be representing you as a "scorned ex-girlfriend" or "scorned ex-boyfriend" to the authorities because this makes the authorities discount your case or reduce it from criminal to civil. Stunningly effective strategy he has been using for many years to discount anyone with any type of complaint.

If he has equipment or items or yours either forget about them or watch for them on eBay. He sells under the names of shills so surf for Omega, RVW or other business or alias names in the body of all entries. Both former name [duped victim who wants to protect her identity -- contact me directly for documented name] & the current karolina were turned up as his shills by this method. I'm sure there are many names missed, but if you really want whatever it is back do watch eBay.

The ATTORNEY GENERAL's office of WA has finally started a file on Richard Carl Werth / Richard Vanceunebrouck-Werth / Omega Organization International.

• Richard Lawrence -- This one is new for Orange County in CA. He is working on transplanting to there. Claims to be a musician and photographer.

* First three names plus simply the normal "Richard Werth" are associated with his Social Security number as per a credit check performed in 2000 by a private investigator. No actual legal name change documents are on record.
