9/2/10 Just ran into some old news...I'm still dumbfounded that Dick would canvass a neighborhood trying to get the process server's personal info by claiming he was the process server's minister trying to locate him.   But tampering with the recording equipment at his deposition wins the prize for most sneaky moment this year... think he was trying to distract the opposition's lawyer by showing up in his short-shorts? Yes, he really did wear his short shorts to the deposition (Eve thought they were the same ones that got him reported on the WA state ferry system -- reported by a stranger for Richard being dressed only in underwear).

7/14/10 Dick and Karol are trying to track down the home of the process server that appeared on Dr Phil through MORE really sneaky means. Yipes. He is an officer of the court so I would think that would be a legal issue?

6/25/10 For the third time Richard has postponed going forward on his own court action. This appears to be his usual brand of civil harassment -- delays, no-shows, spurious countersuits designed to wear down the other party in a court action. This time he says he is getting a hearing exam on the day his deposition (once again: in a suit HE brought against Eve Baca) was scheduled because as of a 6/21 Dr appointment he SUBJECTIVELY reported he CAN'T HANDLE EVEN SOFT SOUND without PAIN. Wonder how the hearing issue worked last night when he and Karol attended the CD release CONCERT for the new Zai Circle "Water Tiger 10-Conversations on Three Poems" event?

6/11/10 I just finally figured out that Karol and Audrey have apparently stopped showing Richard all the correspondence they are sending and receiving regarding Richard and the court case. I can understand that... they probably think they are "protecting" him since apparently he comes across in court as arrogant and he can't keep his stories straight, but I'm surprised they are getting away with it. He is usually sharper at spotting the sneaky stuff.

6/9/10 Audrey Gervasi requested being removed from the lawyer's page. I replied with the reasons I was certain my information was accurate. I received no clarifying reply so I assume there were no disagreements about my rationale. The info has been up for two years as it is and I haven't heard anything, so I assume this has to do with trying to obscure who she is so she can testify to something or other at the upcoming hearing where Richard is trying to overturn Eve Baca's restraining order against him.Audrey, Martha and Karol were his main girlfriends at the time of the breakup of Eve and Richard's engagement.

6/7/10 So Richard contested Eve's Restraining Order (see April 30 below).... repeatedly said he "wanted his day in court." But he didn't show up for court and his lawyer is now making it clear he is PLANNING to be PLEADING THE FIFTH during his upcoming deposition. You know, the fifth ammendment..... where you refuse to answer on the grounds that it may incriminate you? Some "day in court."

5/19/10 Okay, I meant for this to stay a blogging page, but I don't really have another place to make direct comments to Richard Werth and his live-in girlfriend "caretaker" Karol Hansen .... for god's sake, the sheer amount of public material on Richard's scams has turned what was supposed to be one alias list and advice page started in 2004 into a multipage actual site site. I do not want to add any more pages....  people can't find out what they need now without getting a cup of coffee, a sack lunch and a comfy chair. So I'm going to guess nobody spends a lot of time on this blog but Dick and Karol.

Karol, I removed your name once at your you'll-make-my-mama-cry request, but you clearly aren't anything like innocent in helping Richard/Rich/Cameron/Margaret/Lynn. There were culty women minion "special friends" before you, there will be someone after you. It's one of his methods that has been going on as long as I've known of him. Marion, Debra, even Sherri who he professes was the love of his life, but he liked to scream at, hit, and tie up (yeah, I have her court documents on both the ERO -- Emergency Restraining Order -- and the RO) acted against their own beliefs on his behalf when under his control. Ever hear of "gaslighting" or "The Stockholm Effect" or just plain read up on sociopaths?

Yesterday while I was working I got a call from Craig (officer of the court -- process server who has served you repeatedly and appeared on the Dr Phil taping with some of Dick's victims -- he must have just got back from appearing to defend Eve's restraining order) telling me there was a letter to me on your site. --- Thanks, Craig! Craig knows I don't have time to go looking for things... bad enough I have to take time to do my best to verify the stuff I'm sent and weed them into a limited space. --- It didn't appear to be on the worldmeditationensemble.com site so I surfed around through a page maze and finally found a page titled "what's new" with a reference to letter to my husband and I, but no actual letter. Sooooo... I'm replying a bit blind. (If someone there wants to send me the link that would help)

Craig did tell me Dick said he sent three letters to me --- this has to be the one the renter forwarded to the great black mail hole... we moved in Sept and I didn't have my mail from the other house forwarded right away since we still could pick it up and I was frankly busy... I moved the studio as well as my household! Then... guessing... maybe the PO Box? I took that thing off all forms for reply except for magazines & flyers because it was completely undependable... mail was getting returned all over the place and we never figured out why... ask the Post Office... caused havoc about last Sept. And then the third would be either the new house (I would have gotten that, though?), or my husband actually guesses the old studio... which had no mailbox or real way of receiving mail at all (all my listings for that said NOT to send mail there) and from which I moved in Oct -- which then was a real church for a month or two and then turned into something else? Richard, if you want me to see this Christmastime letter thing why don't you resend the thing to my real address now? You know I haven't seen it.... I made that clear when I speculated on the contents of what had been forwarded. Don't play games with me.... just send the danged thing if you want me to see it.

Craig also said Dick wanted a face to face meeting with my husband and I.

ARE YOU NUTS????? Maybe I'll come see you in jail if they pick you up on that CA bench warrant, but otherwise you would have to think I'm CRAZY to meet you in person! Dude! There are FOUR, count 'em FOUR Emergency Restraining Orders  that have been filed against you in WA and a Restraining Order on you in CA that the JUDGE, using his discretionary powers,  extended the time of to four years! Eve's LAWYER asked to be included on the CA emergency restraining order leading up to the final order! You have said you wanted to get a HIT man on me (Eve's deposition on this available! And despite your own habits, Richard, not everyone happily commits perjury in court -- I have several examples of BIG story changes you have made DURING one deposition).

YEAH, I'm scared of you! I was terrified, trapped in the hall of the courthouse in August '09 when I got left behind by accident after Ashraf's Restraining Order hearing! First time I had seen you since Mt Vernon when you chased me around trying to get me alone to give me the "Peace Plate" (whatever the hell that was) having just been threatening a friend of mine and a great mom about calling CPS on her!

I did/do give you public permission to write to me by postal service or email, but no WAY do I want to see you ever again in person without it being an incredibly controlled situation. Want to meet me in the lobby of a police station or court house? Okay, if my schedule allows you can color me there. Otherwise I think you are NUTS to even THINK I would do that! I don't know what kind of disability you are claiming with the state, but it can't be a motor disability. People have seen you run! People have seen you climbing long flights of stairs at the beach. People have seen you working on your house. When someone who has met you in person enquires about you and I mention you are disabled I get a "whaaaaaaaaa?" You repeatedly hit Sherri, you bruised the hell out of Trapper and I very much believe you have repeatedly hit Karol! Why in the world would you try and do less to me? "Hit man!" Sheeeeeze!

4/30/10 For god's sake, Dick is contesting that poor woman's CA Restraining Order. It requires he leave her alone. Why doesn't he just leave her alone? He keeps maintaining he is contesting it because it could affect his clerical counseling, but there is nothing in WA state restricting someone with a restraining order against them from counseling as a cleric, no matter how bogus the clerical calling -- in the future run a background check on clerics as well, eh? The Catholic church has proven nobody can be assumed above reproach based on their religious participation.

This is simply yet another case of Dick refusing to relinquish control over another person.

1/25/10 I've gotten several warnings that Richard is seeing Gypsy de Rose again. It concerns me as my most recent experience with her was her (or someone acting from the same ISP address she wrote me from the same day as the following incident) going on my website and erasing six weeks of my calendar entries. Documentation available.

1/6/10 We move through the holiday season with a bunch of web page updates for peace and amnesty for you while you plot and plan contacts to lawyers about my site and complaints to any agency you can think of to complain to about me. Waxing Seussian my thought is "Once face, Two face..." I assume you are trying to head off someone you know is angry by trying to get them to contact you instead of me so this probably isn't about me, but it is funny to watch your public face and private face collide. Unreal.

The renter at our old address apparently received something from World Meditation Ensemble addressed to my husband and I some time before Christmas. Amazing.... after all these years a contact? She apparently marked it to forward and stuck it back in the box but it hasn't arrived here at our new very published address. Wonder what I'm missing out on this time... more threats from fake lawyers? More threats from the pretend "Margaret?" Threats from REAL lawyers that have been given false information? Who knows.... but I'm sure it isn't a Christmas card.... an apology for lying about me (even to the Dr Phil show on the '08 taping)... and I'm sure it has an angle to hurt me or set up trouble for the future. Guess I'll know if it ever gets here.

It is also approaching the 10th wedding anniversary for my husband and I. It is a great time to remember that you almost got us thrown out of our wedding event location the week before the wedding.

Congrats on the teflon slide out of Ashraf's extension on the restraining order, but the point of them filing it in the first placewas to put the police on alert and ensure his safety... so that was achieved with the judge's stern warning for you and your associates to stay away from him or they would grant the full order. This is more like a restraining order forever instead of a restraining order for a year.

Craig has requested I mention there has been a process server outside your house for seven days now. Innocent people go out and accept the papers and then call a lawyer if need be. Guilty people hide in the house. This particular process server has served you three times over 10 years and is familiar with your stories... that you are not you, that your house was marked with the wrong numbers when it was built and they have never been changed... and is used to you just plain hiding to avoid service. How long did (officer of the court) Craig wait with the legal papers for the car until he finally recovered it? Craig is very patient and very good at his job. You might as well go out and get the papers.

I don't think you read this stuff as it wouldn't be your style to do so. But doing the whole site rework and pretty much having to re-read and categorize things has me thinking about this as a whole.

So you want other people to support you. Really nothing much wrong there if you can get away with it. If your people will tithe or someone wants to pay your way then <shrug>

Cheating on your partners... well, that is just kind of crappy. And no matter how you re-write history you have been doing that all your life and aren't going to stop. It is a GOOD thing you haven't been married. Kind of nice if your partners know about the cheating thing in advance though, because they probably would choose a little differently on using up their resources on you. --- I never undrstood any of this part. You aren't my type and you appear to be really high-maintenance... but some women get off on that. <shrug>

The big problems seem to happen in business issues and a lot of the drama could be avoided with a few simple new guidelines (but look at me trying to tell a 60-year-old-man that):

• Don't buy things you don't have the money for.
• Don't borrow things that you aren't going to return.
• Don't accept money for things you can't or won't produce well.
• Give people copies of contracts when they sign them.

It is okay to want things, but you are pushing 60, not 6, and by now you should be able to figure out people aren't going to take breaking the above guidelines well.

You and I both know we had had very limited even conversational contact when we interacted back in 1998 and I actually thought your short-shorts indicated you were gay so I was flabbergasted when you said I made passes at you. Having you say such a bald-faced lie -- that was unmistakably a lie -- told me right then you were a scammer. My laweyer told me you were a scammer and to stay clear. But I'm not walking away... I can't in good conscience.

In 1980 you ran off with someone's girlfriend pulling her out of another band... that is pretty much fair game... but you also took someone's elses equipment and painted it and tried to substitute cheaper equipment when pressed hard to return it, which is not fair game. And many years later in 2007 you tried to take solo credit for the project that was a duet effort many years earlier.

I guess it comes down to that it is okay to take what is given -- like one of these people's hearts or donations... but not to just take things because you want them -- like money without contracted work, the balance of some woman's credit cards, or a car because it was someone's "extra" one and you saw no reason why it shouldn't be yours when you have less (because you don't work).

Whatever... you're not listening.

This stuff is true Richard, and you know it. If you come after me I WILL subpoena EVERYONE. And I have a much larger database than you realize.

And yes, a class action suit has been discussed.

Most people don't want to deal with this... they are embarrassed or frightened of you. But if you make me subpoena them they will find out how much support they have.

Oh. My. God. How can you take something as significant as the Dalai Lama "Seeds of Compassion" event and try and use it for your own ends?

Fascinating. Everyone involved in the taping of the Dr Phil show had their bank account or Paypal account attacked online by someone with a "War Games" type of password dialer. Don't you own one?

Richard, I've been told repeatedly that you have verbally stated you want to "hire a hit man" and kill me over this web site. Don't worry.... you're okay so far... nobody has it on tape and you haven't said it directly to me --- in fact, if you are so upset about the page how come I HAVEN'T ever heard from you about it? Until recently I assumed you either hadn't seen this or weren't worried about it. "Hit man" sounds worried.

BTW, did you know the kids were in the house when the windows were broken?
