King County, WA - Emergency Restraining Orders granted -- all different victims:
- 12-06-99 - King Co Superior Ct 99-2-50168-3 Domestic Violence - no extension because they were not living in the same house.
- 12-28-00 - King Co Superior Ct 00-2-31891-0 Domestic Violence - no extension, but stern warning issued that victim must not be contacted by Richard or his associates or the restraining order would be granted.
- 01-24-01 - King Co Superior Ct 01-2-01806-0 Harassment - no extension, but stern warning issued that victim must not be contacted by Richard or his associates or the restraining order would be granted.
- 08-19-09 - KCDC - East Div (Redmond) 97-000610 Harassment - no extension, but stern warning issued that victim must not be contacted by Richard or his associates or the restraining order would be granted.
Note: There seems to be a general misunderstanding about emergency restraining orders. Just cause must always be shown to get an emergency restraining order, so an emergency restraining order is not something given out lightly. The petitioner must attend court and present their case under a judge's questioning. Often emergency restraining orders are not given the one year renewal if the danger is deemed over by the judge.

Richard has been injured in two accidents involving his girlfriend at the time actually driving. The accidents have been minor and the girlfriends have been sued. The first time there was a large gap between the accident and the suing -- it took some time for Richard to figure out the opportunity was there. Less than a month after Dick's filing of the insurance company action he had the opportunity to do it again with his new girlfriend when she turned a little short on a dark road and dropped a rear tire into a ditch while ghostbusting
