She told me she was an investigator and that her client was Tim McCormack and that she wanted to discuss my web site. Very polite and friendly. Nothing ever came of it. If there is any problem getting paid by Richard for services on this, please do be aware I have the correspondence and would be willing to write an affadavit that the work was done if it is of any assistance. I do try and help the victims, having been one. A lawyer can be (and has been, actually) a victim as well. Brandt -- Acted as advisor (later stated as "unofficial" -- though the Dr Phil show producers were not under that impression) counsel in negotiations with Eve (See http://www.saqra.net/vanceunebrouck.htm), Seattle Post-Intelligencer, Dr Phil show producers. Robert C. Cumbow - Attorney Graham & Dunn PC, Pier 70 2801 Alaskan Way ~ Suite 300, Seattle, Washington 98121-1128 -- Was acting as an advisor to Dick (aka Richard Carl "Vanceunebrouck" Werth or RVW) for the "Lawyers for the Arts" program after Lex became unwilling or unable to represent him. Robert Cumbow is the registered agent with the Secretary of State for Omega Organization International "Church." [Mr Cumbow... this document registered with the state looks like Richard's handwriting. If you are unaware of being registered agent please contact me so I can forward you this.] Lex Mathis - Sound Law Group - 3225 McLeod Dr , Las Vegas , NV 89121-2257 "Peter J. Osterman, Attorney" called one victim, but he can't be identified as real with research. "Tony DePhillips, Attorney" called another. He also can't be identified, though he apparently may be a Scientologist buddy. Helen Lee, really an Attorney, was another caller and was apparently a friend of Dick's mother impressed into service for one phone call to a victim. |
